Never having had a Breath work session before I had no idea what to expect so went with an open mind. On meeting Siobhan I felt immediately at ease, she has a lovely energy and explained clearly beforehand what the session was about. She has a calming soft unhurried voice, the whole session I felt totally relaxed and in a safe space.. I’m so pleased to have been introduced to Breath work by her and have booked for her next session. Thoroughly recommend Siobhan to guide you through .
