Healing and wellness are easier to achieve when the Mind, Body, Emotions and Spirit are in balance.  They are interconnected, therefore a weakness or imbalance in one area can negatively impact all areas. For example, severe emotional stress can cause physical symptoms, such as high blood pressure. Similarly, chronic physical illness or injury can cause depression in an otherwise healthy mind. By achieving balance in our Mind, Body, Emotions and Spirit, we can achieve optimum health.
