About Me

 

I’m a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, qualified in both Professional Hypnotherapy & Hypnosis and Advanced Hypnotherapy and Coaching and have studied a range of breathwork techniques, including a professional certification in Rebirthing Breathwork.

I help people move beyond stress, anxiety, fears, habits, and patterns that no longer serve them -

not just by working with thoughts, but by supporting the whole person: mind, body, and nervous system. As a Holistic Health Practitioner, I consider the wider influences on well-being, including cultural and societal conditioning, emotional trauma, and subconscious patterns.

My work gently uncovers and releases these deep-seated influences, helping clients achieve a more holistic sense of well-being, clarity, and balance, so they can live a clearer, more centred, and fulfilling life. My approach is intuitive and grounded in understanding how subconscious patterns influence everyday life, so you can create meaningful, lasting change.

How I Work

 

Hypnotherapy is at the heart of my practice, guiding you into a relaxed, focused state where deep insights and positive change can take place. In one-to-one sessions, I may incorporate gentle breathing techniques to support relaxation during the session or as simple take-away exercises to help you continue the work at home.

​

I also offer group sessions, including hypnotic breathwork and other focused group formats designed to support shared learning, personal growth, and emotional resilience. These provide an opportunity to explore change in a supportive, communal environment and complement the work done in individual sessions.

This approach allows you to experience personalised one-to-one hypnotherapy while also benefiting from the connection and energy of group work, depending on what suits you best.

My Philosophy

Breathwork, particularly Rebirthing, helps release tension and subconscious blocks, enhancing emotional balance and self-awareness. Combined with hypnotherapy, this creates a holistic pathway to greater clarity, centeredness, and personal transformation.
