  • Monthly 60-minute Hypnotic Breathwork Session
    A guided experience to release tension, calm the nervous system, and create deep subconscious relaxation.

  • Monthly 60-minute Group Therapy & Coaching Session
    A chance to reflect, share insights, and learn practical tools for lasting change and emotional balance.

  • Ongoing Group Support
    You’ll have a dedicated online space to connect with others throughout the journey — and continue supporting each other beyond it.

  • Recorded Guided Hypnosis & Breathwork Practices
    Listen anytime between sessions to deepen your progress, reinforce calm, and strengthen new thought patterns.

  • Optional 1:1 Support
    For those who want to go deeper, personal hypnotherapy sessions can be added for tailored guidance and integration.
