I am a Holistic Health Practitioner and a firm believer in the natural approach to healing.
When taking a holistic approach to health, we treat the whole person, taking into account mental, spiritual, social and emotional factors, rather than just focusing on the symptoms of disease.
I use a combination of holistic approaches, including Energy Therapy, Hypnotherapy, Sound Therapy, Breathwork, Reflexology, and Kinesiology to help bring balance to the mind, body, emotions and spirit.
My passion for learning about the body's own natural ability to heal itself and the mind-body connection has lead me to study many healing modalities, from western energy therapy to Shamanism. I also have a keen interest in how the mind works, how cultural and societal conditioning can inhibit our spiritual growth, how emotional trauma can effect us not just mentally and emotionally, but also physically, and the use of natural approaches to easing emotional pain and trauma, anxiety and depression.
